Booking terms and advice about salmon fishing in Gaula, Norway arranged by BFD Flyfishing trough BFD Travel & Event.
Additional terms and conditions to the general conditions:
· Registration for the trip can be done by phone, fax or e-mail.
• Your booking becomes binding once the registration fee 40% paid within 10 days after you receive your confirmation. The registration fee is not refunded at a later canceled.
· Remaining amount, which is stated on the booking confirmation, shall be paid no later than February 1 of that year that the trip will be implemented.
. If the booking is made later a February 1 current year, the full price is paid within 10 days of notification.
· After cancellation refundable trip by 60% if cancellation is made before February 1 the current year.
· At later cancellations no refund, however, may themselves fishing trip be transferred to another participant. Please note that any booked flight ticket may not be rescheduled by us or by you and in such cases the customer is not replaced by BFD Travel & Events.
· The sudden closures set by local or national authorities or by other agreement repaid all but half the registration fee.
· Force Majeure - Applicable to external events such as BFD Travel & Events can not predict or influence, such as extremely hard or cold weather, transportation strikes, natural disasters, terrorist crimes or other reasons. Additional costs due to the above events are paid by the customer. BFD Travel & Events assumes no financial responsibility for events arising during the point of Force Majeure.
- Travel Guarantee: BFD Travel & Events Travel Guarantee possession of Administrative Services Agency, Sweden.
National regulations for salmon fishing in Norwegian waters:
Fisketrygg national fishing licence:
In order to fish for salmon and sea trout in Norwegian waters forced it to acquire "Fisketrygg" which is the Norwegian State's national fish evidence. This evidence can be resolved among Norwegian post office or on the internet www.inatur.no BFD Travel & Events can also be of assistance with this if desired by the customer.
Disinfects of equipment:
In order to fish in Norwegian waters, you are forced to disinfect their equipment to prevent the spread of diseases and parasites to the watercourse. This can be implemented in most places Eftr watercourses and BFD Travel & Events also provides disinfection of statutory compensation in connection with the accommodation at the fishing grounds in their packages.
All other provisions relating to salmon fishing can vary locally and will therefore be visualized at the entry to a specific package.
